Deliveries in Germany:

We calculate the shipping costs based on the shipping weight (to the actual weight of the ordered items, an additional 600g of packaging weight is added).

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within the country (Germany) takes place within 2 - 10 days, for international deliveries within 2-19 days (World Parcel Standard DHL) after the conclusion of the contract (if prepayment has been agreed upon, following the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered products with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
