However, we did not have the certificates of exception issued, for which 10,000 EURO had to be paid in Lower Saxony. It is an impertinence that the state, which could not find sufficient masks, stands up and wants to have 10.000 EURO for a bureaucratic piece of paper, which is then even only valid for 6 months. But the masks are quite excellent even without the paperwork.
