Lanarkite, Wulfenite and Chrysocolla crystals from the C+B Mine, AZ, USA – small cabinet specimen as unique piece
This visually striking small cabinet specimen presents a diverse mix of secondary copper and lead minerals. The irregularly textured matrix displays bluish-green Chrysocolla coatings and yellowish areas of Wulfenite. Bright yellow to orange zones, typical of Lanarkite, are also visible. The crystals are mostly small and crust-like, with no distinct individual crystals.
Geology & Origin:
The C+B Mine in Arizona is known for its colorful secondary minerals formed in the oxidized zones of this polymetallic deposit. Lanarkite commonly occurs here along with Wulfenite and other lead minerals. Chrysocolla forms in copper-rich areas and adds its characteristic color to this attractive specimen.
