Quartz druse from Sidi Rahal, Morocco – cabinet specimen as unique piece

Aesthetic quartz druse with densely packed, finely lustrous crystals in delicate violet tones, forming a nearly fully sparkling surface. At the center sits a blocky, intensely red crystal aggregate that creates a striking color contrast and serves as a visual focal point. The soft violet hue of the quartz is especially evident along the edges, while reddish hematite inclusions enhance the overall coloration.

Quartz from Sidi Rahal forms in secondary cavities of iron-rich volcanic rocks. This locality is known for iron oxide coatings that produce vivid red and violet tones. This specimen is a particularly expressive example from the region.
