Mimetite crystals from St. Eulalia, Mexico – 1 unique half size flat
This half size flat contains a varied selection of specimens with yellow to orange mimetite crystals from the renowned St. Eulalia mining district in Mexico. The crystals display needle-like to prismatic forms, either as dense coatings or as well-developed individual crystals on contrasting matrix. Some pieces feature a matte to silky luster, while others stand out due to their vivid color and striking surface textures.
The St. Eulalia district in the state of Chihuahua is world-famous for its rich diversity of secondary lead minerals, including mimetite in particularly collectible quality. These specimens come from older collections and are ideal for systematic, color-based, or aesthetic-focused mineral collections.
The flat shown in the pictures will be shipped with the corresponding box and, if applicable, folding boxes. These may be partially used, show signs of wear, and have multiple labels or markings.
